Just a quickie.Don't forget(like I did) that no matter how reluctant you may be to lose your UK licence ,the photocard is only valid for 10 years and cannot be renewed if you do not have a UK address.On the plus side ,getting a French licence was dead easy

I'm always amazed by people who cannot find cheap flights on Ryanair.It's very simple -keep a regular eye on the website and be flexible about dates. There are still loads of incredible offers. Yes some add-ons can't be avoided,but most can-it's simply a matter of priorities. I'm a regular (ish) user and have found little to moan about. Forget your prejudices ,ignore all the anecdotes and save yourself a fortune.

It seems bizarre that the forms being sent out are not uniform.I've double checked & there definitely isn't a Box 8TI on my 2042.Any suggestions where I might stick it instead-please keep it clean!

Has anyone else noticed that box 8TI referred to on Form2047(red),section VII no longer seems to exist on Form 2042 (blue)?

After reading the relevant section in the FAQ's Tax , I am confused.When I asked at the local tax office ( in France), I was told to enter such interest in box TR,not TS. Furthermore ,I wasn't told to enter these sums on red Form 2047K - only on blue form 2042.Who is right and does it make any difference?
