Can anyone advise on how/where to get a "certificate of authenticity" that I was told by my prefecture I need to provide to exchange my driver's license? I'm assuming they mean a certificate of authenticity for my Colorado license.

We are moving to France later this year and I am wondering if anyone can give me advice about budgeting for electricity, sewer, water, gas/oil for heating, etc. I know it will vary greatly from region to region and will depend on the size of our home, but I'm looking for some general information.

Hi - We will be moving to France later this year and I am trying to figure out the best service to use for our mobile phones (including navigation) and internet service for our computers. We will want to be able to call and text frequently with the U.S. on our mobiles. I am also trying to figure out how much to budget for these services. Does anyone have any information to help me?
