Hi We are a family of 6 looking for a unfurnished or furnished house for a year rental maybe longer possibly around Sarlat or Eymet. We need to be near to a reasonable sized town that has a Year 2:CP (cours préparatoire) Year 3:CE1 (cours élémentaire 1) and Lycee. We are looking to move in July /August. We are willing to look after the property (maintenance) or help with gite management in return for a reasonable rent. We require 4 bedrooms min. Our French is not very good as we are Canadians sorry.
