Hi there, We are hoping to spend a week in the Alpes-Maritime area in November and would like to rent a reasonable sized standalone villa (i.e around 70m2)  for 2 people within 30 mins of Nice / Monaco. All the rental places I've found (I think I've checked all the rental websites) tend to be for 6 people plus or are in a gated community and so all seem to be quite costly for the time of year for just the 2 of us. We would prefer somewhere remote rather than in the middle of a village or town with ample parking space and outside storage. If anyone can help, we'd really like to hear from you.
