Can you please supply some more details of the service that you have received from Alex ? I am thinking of using him for a job and would like to have peace of mind

We are selling our French house after owning it for less than 2 years - can someone please clarify the percentage of Capital Gains Tax we will have to pay ? We have been told that it is 16% BUT we are also sure that we read somewhere that it was 33% !
