I am from outside Europe (schengen area). I want to set up a leather garment wholesale business in france. Can anybody tell me basic requirments to setting up a small business in France. I shall be very thankful for suggesstion or comments.

I want to visit France for sight seeing but unfortunately i do not have any friend in France who can send me an "official sponsor letter (attestation daccueil). This document is necessary to apply for a french tourist visa from my country (Pakistan). Is anybody can help me to send me this letter? I will pay fees or any other related expenses.
