we have been looking for an apartment for holiday use and came to perpignon in december not having visited the area before. we were not keen on the area around canet and went down to collieure we liked it very much but it was expensive so went further down towards spain to a village called cerbere where property is cheaper. we found an apartment facing the sea with lovely views across the bay. as we dont know this area would anyone be able to tell us if this is a good area to buy into. we have not seen any other front line sea apartments to compare prices with. the apartment is 46 sq metres and E108,000 is the lowest price they will accept. if anyone is familier with this area and has any information we would find useful i would really appreciate it. thankyou
