Anyone recommend someone to cut grass and maintain pool when not at house? Location 46800 near Montcuq (Lot).

We have a holiday home in France and we are considering buying a wood burning stove in the UK (VAT free). Are we liable to have to pay any Import duty or French VAT when our carrier delivers it to our French home?

Can any one recommend a kennels in the area around Montcuq for dog boarding?

Can anyone advise on approx costs of re-wiring a 150 m2 stone house? Plus if anyone can recommend a good English speaking electrician in the Montcuq/Lauzert area it would be appreciated. We are currently buying a property and we think it would be beneficial to rewire the house to French standards.
