Dick Smith
I'd have to find the d****ed things first!I think they are hiding out with my glasses...
Kitty
Me too - but I don't wear glasses and so I can never find them. [:D]P.S. Get someone you know to make a bright coloured ScoobyDo and attach it to the key fob. They are easier to spot.
Will
I didn't realise April 1st had come round so soon [:)]But I suppose it provides one logical reason why Renault supply those silly cards rather than proper keys. And I'd like to see them try to clone our font door key, which is one of those flat ones with holes drilled part-way through rather than a serrated edge. Alex H
"As a proof of concept, the team was able to snap a picture of a keyring from 195 feet away using a telephoto lens"Its a bit of a risk isn't it - our local chavs are always seen walking round up to no good with one of theseTelephoto setup consisting of C5 spotting scope, TelevuePowerMate 4X Tele-extender, and Cannon 40D DigitalSLR.[:D][:D][:D]
Dick Smith
So that would be the stealth version, or the pocket example? That must be a metre long and weigh what? 20 kilos?
Alex H
I don't know the weight, but the front lens (Celestron’s C5 Spotting Scope is a 5" (127mm) aperture, 1250mm f/10 Schmidt-Cassegrain optical system) retails at about £400 - you'd have to nick a lot of keys to make it worthwhile [:)]
