krusty
On channel 4 tonight 10pm - 11.10pm (uk time).....it might be worth a watch , I like both Keiths"Keith Allen. So for this one-off documentary , Allen hunts down Floyd to his home in rural France, where the two Keiths compare notes."
Gemonimo
Thanks for the info Krusty. I'd love to watch as I ADORE Floyd, but unfortunately with TNT I can only get Sky, CNN and BBC World. I have been reading his autobiography in the Daily Wail and am finding him very amusing.
Anton Redman
A dish, brackets and the cheapest French FTA digital receiver should set you back less than € 100.
Gemonimo
Thanks for the ino Anton. If the winter looks as if it will be looooong and cooold, I might weaken - after all, £100 is not too exhorbitant.
Gardian
If you saw it, you couldn't fail to be depressed. Sad to see somebody who's gone down hill like that. I've only known & seen 2 or 3 like that in my life and it isn't pretty, nor a happy story.
Weedon
I was looking forward to seeing Floyd again as his programmes were always interesting and full of fun. Never heard of the other bloke though, and still can't ever recall seeing him before. As you say Gardian, what a sad and depressing programme, not least for the sort of foul language I am not so keen to hear on TV.
just john
Car Crash TV according to the review The only thing more agonising than watching was not watching. - the Independent. I'm only sorry I missed it. I went to one of his first restaurants in Bristol more years ago than I care to remember and heard tales then about how he could be an ornery critter, I expect you've heard the one about how he marinated a beer mat and breadcrumbed and sauted it for one of his pseud clients.[:D]
