hastobe Posted September 9, 2006 Share Posted September 9, 2006 Does anyone have a recipe for bottled plums - that uses alcohol to preserve rather than sugar syrup (which we find quite sweet). Frederick Posted September 9, 2006 Share Posted September 9, 2006 We have picked loads today......they will just have to go in the freezer......wash ...half them ...hook out the stones... into food bags with a couple of big tablespoon fulls of sugar and in the freezer until its time for another b****y crumble .......we cant give them away ..everybody has laden trees this year .
