idun Posted September 3, 2018 Share Posted September 3, 2018 I have just read the article about the stinkiest cheeses, and no mention of reblochon. I never knew where to keep it. And yes, I would put it in the fridge, but even then, the fragrant odour would weep out, our home would 'stink', but less than if I had just left it out.I have bought other smelly cheeses, but never as frequently, as rebloch was a local cheese. Strange isn't it, I can work out how to say that immediately, and yet some english words I see for the first time, I have trouble speaking out loud, as the 'rules' are so varied.
