Well I think Missy and Cassis could qualify for a 'redneck' section! Nick chainsaws have BARS (guidebars), knives have blades! And of course we can help you to put a shelf up Nick.

Why not a subsection, it might work, it might save the rest of you getting bored to tears buy us woodies?

What a great idea, the more I think about it the more I like it! The redneck section would just suit the Welsh down to a tee...nobody else would get a look in, or understand them!! We could chuck the Scots in too! Good thinking Missy!

Oi, Chris the Head, I'll have you know wherever I have travelled I have always been told I have the most beautiful of accents.  We also clan together and are growing in numbers so I'd watch my step if I were ewe.

Or to be more sensible how about an area for photographs for when someone has created/renovated/repaired something that they are very proud of and want to share with others?

Wood not that go with the arty-sans section further down? (wotz wudzman got to do wiv selling old stuff, i.e. porn shops, you know free balls and everyfin?)

James, I don't think we, I nearly said you, would have any problem keeping a section alive. Chris would do a good job and the rest of us would try to keep up to. After all you would NOT consider cutting the Corse & the DOM/TOMs section. It does not get a lot of entries, but they are importaint to the people who are interested and who live there!!!!! So why not one for us woodies.

It would go against the 'grain' and 'wood' be accepted as 'bark'-ing mad 'knot' to 'branch' out into a 'trunk'-ated 'root' of interest. So James please don't 'leaf' it un-'sap'-ped, sorry, untapped!

P.S. I only just noticed this fred?

I agree!

Chris would be to a 'Wood' section what Sunday Driver is to the 'Driving on the wrong side of the road in France' [;-)] section.  I think it's great idea and as he's obviously so passionate about his art it would benefit so many people on the forum.

What I do is kids play, a child could do it, if we could have our own section then we might just save an old wall from plasterboard or a c r a p Ikea product in a lovely French house?

If y'all saw my machinery you'd laugh, it's not about the tool, it's about how versatile you can be with it!
