dave21478
I am currently stripping out a kitchen for some chap, and can recover anything I want of the old one. There is an In-Sink-Erator disposal unit, which will fit the opening in my own sink......Are they any good, and is there any negative impact on a septic tank? Their website says there is no problems with a tank, but it would say that, wouldnt it?
idun
Friends of ours have had these for years. No problems with their septic tank either.
YCCMB
We used to have one. When we upgraded our kitchen we got rid of it and I have never really missed it. There's nothing wrong with them, I just don't see the point. And they eat spoons.
Gardengirl
We've had one for years in UK, and replaced it last year when we had a new kitchen installed. It's used a lot, and hasn't ever eaten a teaspoon or any other cutlery! [:D]We don't have one in France, mainly because it was going to cost so much. Jonzjob
Wouldn't anything you put in it go in the compost? Apart from spoons that is [:-))]
