The only ones I have come accross will only release capital on the presentation of bills for materials purchased/works completed. This seems a little daft as If you had the money to purchase materials/ pay tradesmen you wouldnt need the mortgage in the first place and what if you were to buy something or pay some one and then the mortgage company decided that they wouldnt pay out on that item.
