Pls can anyone translate the following.....( the translation given by the Immobilier  is    ;"that there are no financial charges on the property")

"Que l`etat hypothecaire ne revele aucune inscription ou privilege d`un montant total superieur au prix de vente convenu ou qui soit de nature  a faire echec a l`obtention d`un credit eventuel"

My understanding of it ...... There is no morgage or other debts on the property  

But Im sure a person with better french will be along soon to explain it better
