Chas
Having done a search without really finding the answer I wonder if someone can help. We have friends who live in the UK but have a maison secondaire plus a small gite. The gite is being rented out this year for the first time. The rent is paid in sterling into their UK bank account. Not wishing to fall foul of either French or UK tax authorities they are keen to know where this income should be declared.
