French rental income on UK tax return

Hello all,

Newby here. Apologies if this has been covered or is in the incorrect section.

I’m UK resident with a property in France. It is let through Airbnb for 8-12 weeks per year. I have a French accountant who completes a French tax return for me. Last year I paid no tax in France due to offsetting everything against mortgage, fees, costs, cleaning, depreciation etc.

Do I need to declare my French income on my UK tax return, even though I have completed my tax return in France?

Any advice or top tips gratefully received….
