New to Cognac

We start our house search 29/3/04 around the Cognac area, would be more than happy to meet up at some time. We have made some appointments but until we meet with the various immobiliers we don't know the good from the bad.

Have you any reports good or bad of immobiliers in the area.

Saw your message and thought I might try to reply. We are not actually living in France (unfortunately) 2 boys 12 & 8 who would take some convincing on the idea. We do however have a property nr to Pons, about 20/30 mins drive. We are currently renovating our place and do get over to France when we can. Long term we feel we are keen to eventually make the move and so would like to make contact with maybe a few neighbours.

If you fancy a chit chat re France etc it would be nice to hear from you.

Hi there - we live in Mainxe (10 mins from Cognac) with two daughters (5 & 3) who go to the local school.

It's a terrific area with friendly people and loads to do, even out of season.
