Buying a b/b in france

My wife and i are looking to purchase a b/b in any area of france.Can anyboby recommend an area that can/would give all year round business??. Secondly does anybody know anybody that is looking to sell a b/b??

I guess all the year round is Paris ?

Best compromise is Calais, a spa town, or an area with winter sports + summer hiking etc.

Dave, check carefully and find out why the people are wanting to sell a B&B business..

Research, research and research is my advice.
