jxedwards Posted October 4, 2006 Share Posted October 4, 2006 Myself & my good wife are late 40's and have embarked on a health kick.We both attend a gym and swim whilst in sunny South Wales but on our frequent trips to our home in Frontenac we have not been able to find any gyms or indoor pools.Any ideas you Lot?Help on finding these appreciated, advice on ageing bodies in lycra not!! There are two outdoor pools that I know of and one indoor which is closed for refurbishment.
