Just wondered whether velopeds usually have any registration papers - do they need insurance? I think if i can fix the thing then insurance is probably a good idea but not sure how i could acquire this with no registration papers. Liz Posted June 23, 2004 Share Posted June 23, 2004 I think, but I don't know, that this will be similar to an under 50cc scooter, ie insurance is required but there are no registration documents (this is changing soon for scooters I believe).
