Delboy Posted August 9, 2004 Share Posted August 9, 2004 I will be coming over in three weeks time (day after bank hol)for look around - we are planning for a move next year.We are travelling in a relatively lightly loaded car/caravan (it will be more heavily loaded on the return trip with wine & beer!), so if anyone is desperate for Marmite or whatever, Give me a post.Current plan is for 1st night near Bayeux (Martragny), then onto the Loire, probably somewhere between Tours and Saumur. After that, we MAY travel down to Cognac area - this depends on my back - I am currently recovering from a slipped disc, and we'll have to see how it holds up.
