It's going to save me from a nuclear or biological attack, so I won't mock.!! How cool is that, our government is sending everyone this bit of paper. Every house in the country.For heaven's sake, do you have this trash in France? It costs millions and millions of pounds. After last summer's canicule and criticism of the Government they obviously felt that they needed to raise their profile as doing something positive. It tells you useful things like when to open and close your shutters, drink plenty of water and keep an eye out for the old folks!!!
