shas Posted December 3, 2005 Share Posted December 3, 2005 Hi all, can anybody give me some advice please.If a house sale falls through at the last minute, and the deposit is then removed from the buyer, is this then handed to the person who has lost the sale or divided three ways between the Notaire, the Immobillier and the vendor.Many Thanks in advance.Sharon. AND WE WOULD ALSO LOVE TO KNOW THE POSITION REGARDING DEPOSITS IF ANY! AND WHO ACTUALLY GETS THE MONEY WHEN THE BUYER DEFAULTS. LETS HOPE SOMEONE OUT THERE KNOWS THE LEGAL POSITION.
