Ali Posted January 11, 2004 Share Posted January 11, 2004 We own a large house which we are considering converting to a Chambre D'hote plus 2 gites. Gites de France have been great very encouraging and punctual with assistance. We speak Little FrenchHowever we wondered if we would be better of operating a small Hotel instead.
