redwood Posted October 4, 2011 Share Posted October 4, 2011 Does anyone know of an independent agent offering house finding services at no or reasonable cost in the Dordogne area? We have friends in the Uzes region who found a gem. She would research properties and send them back to the UK for vetting and putting on an eventual visiting list as well as visiting ones that our friends had identified themselves in order to check the reality againt their wish list. It seems the agent's fees were little or nothing as she shared the eventual commission charged by the agent who had the porperty on their books.
