Sarnia Posted March 8, 2004 Share Posted March 8, 2004 Hi there, this question may have been answered previously, so forgive me for asking again:We want to buy property with a gite or two attached, but if we can't in the area we want, we wondered about the legalities of purchasing two properties, live in one and rent out the other as holiday accommodation or short/long term rentals? Moorejw Posted March 8, 2004 Share Posted March 8, 2004 I am not sure what 'legalities' you are worried about, its perfectly acceptable to live in one house and own another (or more) that you rent out!
