Leggett Immobilier - THE French Estate Agents - are actively recruiting for self-employed independent agent commercials.

There has been a lot of confusion about working independently for an estate agency, but we have absolute clarity on the subject and are happy to have an informal chat with anyone considering throwing themselves headlong into the exciting world of French property.

We are a hugely successful anglophone agency, very strong in South West France but now with agents in Brittany, Languedoc and the Riviera, we will consider applicants from all across France, any age, any background - but ideally a sales or property background - and a good level of French and IT skills required.

Other agencies are struggling, but our business model, marketing knowledge and years of experience will help make your business a success. We currently have 35 agents, but as demand grows we are looking to expand the salesforce to 100 within the next 12 months in all areas of France but particularly building upon our success in the South West, Laguedoc, Cote d'Azur, Brittany, Normandy, Loire Valley...but we are open to all offers!

This is a self-employed position, where you will be responsible for your own social charges, taxes etc. Full training and ongoing support will be provided to get you started as qickly as possible - if you are successful, we are successful, that is our ethos.

Even if you are not already in France but are considering moving over within the next 6 to 12 months, do get in touch - our recruitment plans are long-term.
