I hope someone may have some experience of Altitude Telecom. A friend has just e-mailed me from the Calvados Department saying that her remote villagee is just about to be given Haute Debit internet. I've had a quick look at the Altitude website, but it's going to take a while to work my way through it, so what she would like to know is what extra equipment will she need to get access to this service, the costs involved and will she be able to keep her current ISP.

I suspect she will get some more info from Altitude shortly, but it may be helpful to be armed with some of the information sooner rather than later.
