Arranging insurance on a motor scooter

Can anybody suggest a good English Speaking insurance agent where I can obtain insurance on a Honda 'Dylan' 125 scooter. Ideally, I want to be able to insure the scooter for myself, my wife and two sons. 

The supplying dealer is trying to arrange the insurance for me, but he doesn't seem to be making much progress. I have emailed a couple of French insurance brokers who claim to offer insurance policies with english translations, but so far no response.

I had not expected things to be so difficult!

Any advise would be very much appreciated.

Just for information, in case anybody has the same difficulty as I did....

I eventually found a english speaking (ex-pats) insurance broker who was able to offer a french policy with an english translation, so I knew exactly what was covered.

I was able to insure both myself and my wife plus any unnamed rider holding a full license for more than 3 years, the idea being that any family or friends who use our apartment would also be able to use the scooter.
