Structural Engineer required Manche/Calvados Border

A ruin I bought a couple of years ago needs serious rebuilding before becoming habitable. Question is.. is it worth it?

Looks more like time and labour rather than materials, but an architect friend who came out with me last month thinks I need a structural engineers opinion, before I start spending time and money on it..

Any ideas anyone?

Has anyone used or can recommend a firm, or even an english speaking registered artisan who specialises in stone build farmhouse renovations
