Balcony question

Hi

I have a balcony/roof terrace that I have bought some nice outdoor ceramic tiles for but am unsure of what to stick them down with. The balcony has a room below and is made from concrete. It appears to have a black rubber waterproofer painted on. I have seen sacs of outdoor tile adhesive and wondered if these would be ok or if I need something special to stick to the waterproofer.

Any help would be appreciated
