Chancer Posted November 16, 2008 Share Posted November 16, 2008 Well being well versed in their tactics and having used them a couple of times in the past I can tell you that I would welcome them in my area, if you want to know what really being ripped off means try getting a few local devi's.The only difference being is that you could be more sure that they would start the work after paying the 30% accompte but you may end up dieing before they finally get round to it whereas with the do as you likies if they have not arrived by mid morning after saying "tommorow guvnor" you know instantly that you have been had.
