[Buying and fitting external doors]

hello

Has anyone fitted external new doors on thier property , if so did you get them from the UK , as they seem to be a lot cheaper than in any of the french DIY stores I have looked at , if so what about the difference in the frames for the doors

I'm in Deux Sevres dept

I would appreciate any guidance / advice form anyone , I need to fit 1 new front door and 3 stable doors to annex/ kitchen area

thanks for the info ,my father in law is going to be doing the work and has always used CLS .... however I have been told a few times now that the french metal framework is both easy to use and cheaper

I have just bought a place in deux sevres, and looking to go there for a block of time in March to start renovations !  

I heard a rumour but cant find any info on the restrictions if any on making a noise at weekends , knocking down walls, mowing the grass etc and lighting bonfires

I would appreciate any guidance
