does anyone know if the ectaco tranlator devices are any good, do they help you learn the language ie a english person can speak english into the device and then press a button and then the sentence is played in french .its the itravel english french model tl-2f. with a 450,000 vocabulary

i have sent of the demande certicate d'urbanisme of to my local marie back in november 06. i have not been sent anything back yet and now its february. does anyone know if it takes this long or maybe it has been lost in the post

i have recieved a letter on the 23 of jan to pay taxe d habitation for 678 plus 68euro for late payment ,so total is 746, but they have already taken out the 678 from my account on the 18 jan,does anyone think they will send me another letter for just the 68 euro or should i email the tresor public about the situation

i can log on to ca online banking and type my account number and password then a page comes up showing how much has been taken out of the account, like the water and electric bill, my french is not that good you see, does anybody know what to click on to get my balance on screen and maybe previous transactions, can anyone help please
