Its been a bitter sweet day today ....I started of with some gardening , taking lots of care of the area where my pets graves are and making it nice , while saying my silent good byes to them , Tigger sat to one side of the bed quietly watching me ...Past and present , sad and joyful.....
Then a friend arrived to say bye and bring me a Birthday present for tomorrow, her card said such loverly things , I shall miss her wisdom and upbeat nature ....
More friends arrived a few glasses raised in farewells more fun than sadness , lots of laughs .
Now I have a new and exciting time to look forward to , moving on as a slightly better person because of the friends and pets I have know and loved .
Its not good bye its Au revoir.....

No worries ...me hansom... Im coming in disguised as a scarecrow that will fool them buggars . It says im one on me passport !!

Tigger says he wont be diving in to the fridge for prawns while your around .... but he may chuck the odd dog biscuit in to see if you can catch that spotty dog.
Im having a rest day today ...no packing no cleaning just coffee, peanut butter kitkat and a good book.
This time next week I will be nearly there .......[:-))]

What a fantasic idea , I would love to see more of these made not just boats but maybe wall's in public places, Like schools and libraries full of local memories .....
I would be proud to give one of my wooden obects many of which have loving memories to a project like this .

Boo says she is looking forward to coffee and people watching on place carnot soon.... Tigger says he is keeping away from the fridge when you come visiting.... now show the pic of the last cat we had !![;-)] before you squashed him!!

Animals never stop amazing me, he even told him when he was ready to go.
I have an old neighbour who's poodle comes to sit on the sofa when you go in for a cuppa , she gets her own cup and saucer put on the arm of the sofa and you know how when your with someone how you start to sip your tea at he same time if your talking ...well in stead of gulping her tea down in one go she takes a little each time we do and nibbles her biscuit instead of eating in one go .... its truley amazing to watch how almost human she is .

This time next week I shall be running around here like a headless chicken.....Dave getting under my feet ... worrying weather alll my green babies will make in in the van let alone on the journey... But oh boy I shall be enoying my self too[:P]

Well now young man I have put you in charge of the sun department ..... so get your foot pump out and get it blown up before I get there ...as I have lots of gardening to do, bringing trays of baby veg with me ready to go in ... So make them welcome ....
I will have no car until end of may so if you feel the over welming desire to see me you will need to climb the mountain for a coffee ....

Just leave them... they die back come again next year ...well that wot i do with mine and they are fine ....depends on how anal you are about your garden...if you like it over tidy cut back once flowers have gone ...

You should never be too confident (smug) that you have everything sorted ... As planned I took my car in for its MOT today I expected a few bits would need doing but normally they do it straight away and Im done for another year.... But !! the rear axle needs changing [:-))] and it needs ordering and they cant fit it in until 2 days before I go ...oh dear wot a worry !! Fingers crossed they get it done and sorted and i have my grubby fingers on the certificate ready for hubby to take with him when he comes home and drives the car down to France .
Everything is packed and i mean everything ...even the toilet rolls [:$] just had to pop to the shop for another packet as going to run out by tomorrow and im not hunting through the boxes to see where there are .[blink]
To add to the list of things todo Im trying to organise adopting a cat from a sanctury which is 200km away from my house ... friends who will vouch for me that im a good mum are busy and I hate to bother them... but this lady needs some info on me as Im a jokey person people tend to think im a little mad ...ok maybe I am , but not where my furry family is concerned ...their needs as every will always come first .. Probally not the best time to do this but since I have seen his little face on the thread I have had to have him, so 1, worried someone else might get him and 2, thought it would be a good idea [I] if my cat and dog all moved into the new house together , might make them settle in together better than if they think its thiers first then he comes . Thankfully not much to do when I get there so each cat will have a spare bedroom for the first night , the house is all set to live in , so no major upheaval's I can unpack at my leasiure and make sure they are ok first.
Still.... Soooo excited .... !![:D]

Thanks chris , Im just going to enjoy my birthday today with Boo and hubby on the beach as its a sunny day here today for a change. As it will be mad day tomorrow .
I always said I wanted to be in France by time I was 50 ....Missed that by one day [blink] still 51 and one day is good for me .
Photos of my new boy will be posted as soon as I can, no internet at the mo but I will get that JJ to post some for me .
