  1. Have now received two replies to my emails to Alice explaining that they are aware of the problems but that the site is having a few modifications  All should be working in a few days :) Checked this morning and it is now there and actually works.
  2. I have a French television and I also use two dishes and two separate boxes. It's probably the best setup for receiving French and UK channels. Two points I would make are a) It is that it is far better to mount the dishes on the ground if you're able to. It makes maintenance and setup much easier. And b) ensure that there are no trees whatsoever in the path to the dish. Satellite to dish frequencies are easily absorbed by greenery and it is far better to ensure that you have none within close proximity to the dishes line of sight view.
  3. Hi I had the same problem and sent them an email to their help service. In fact I have done it twice and although I haven't had a reply. They did, on both occasions, make the consumption link available on their site. I notice it's disappeared again tonight. Even when the link is available the consumption breakdown of dates and times doesn't work properly. It may be that they are migrating to something but more likely they're trying to get US to migrate to ADSL. Fat chance.
