[Swimming Pool site]

We are having a house built in a conservation area in the middle of a small village.

The house has to be placed within strict boundaries i.e 5 metres from the road at the front and a minimum of 3.45m from our neighbours on the other 3 sides. Can a small swimming pool be built within these areas?
