Does anyone know how to find out if the RN21 between La Coquille and Thiviers is due to be resurfaced.?

Is there a website that updates the public on planned road resurfacing?

Hi there

For ages I hadn't been receiving any emails from any friends using wanadoo.fr. (No! My name is not "Billy no mates")

I have recently done some investigations and have been told by my ISP, tesco.net, that they have blocked all emails from wanadoo.fr because they keep spamming them.  Tesco will not remove them from their blocked list until they stop spamming. 

Tesco has suggested that I set up another email address with Yahoo or MSN, which I have done and I can now receive emails from all using wanadoo.fr.

I live in the UK at the moment and I would like to send an email to the Mairie who uses wanadoo.fr, explaining why I have changed email addresses. My french is very basic and I would like to know the french equivalent for:

1. ISP
2. spamming 
3. blocked

Any help will be much appreciated.

[Water Bill]

Hi there all

Can someone please let me know who I'm meant to make the cheque payable to when I'm paying my water bill?  At the top of the bill it is headed Eau Chalais Le Bourg.  Further down the bill it mentions Collectivité: Mairie de Chalais, Le Bourg, and finally lieu de paiement Tresorerie de Thiviers.

[RAILWAY LINE ON PROPERTY BOUNDARY]

Hi there

Any comments negative or positive would be much appreciated on buying a house with a railway line on one boundary of the property. (Limoges - Thiviers - Pèrigueux non TGV line). 

I have found a property that is perfect in every other aspect but I am not too sure about the railway line - noise, safety etc.
