I rember seeing an article about 4 years ago in the MGOC magazine about someone who imported and reregistered it ,it went through the process of how to do it,as for me my bgt v8 and my roadster are staying English

The best place would be to advertise it with the MG owners club mag.or try one of your local classic car clubs.I have2. MGB,s here a74 bgtv8 and a 72 roadster and am often being asked by French people in the local car club if I wish to sell them ,also worth considering they are worth more over here than over there.

I do not understand how a hire company can hire a 7.5 ton vehicle out to someone who does not have an Operators Licence,I had to study road transport operation and pass a City and Guilds before I could operate trucks in UK,Europe or Eastern Block.I had an O licence for 100 trucks,2 of which were 7.5 tonners and all had O licence discs in the windscreen(blue for uk domestic use,green for out of UK),also if a truck is fitted with a tacho it is there to be used ,after it is a commercial vehicule designed to carry a load,also drivers hours need to be kept to.

It can be done,fly Nantes to Paris,then Paris to Malaga. I priced it the week before last.In the endit worked out cheaper to go back to England on Condor as a foot passanger and catch Fly Be from Exeter(or Southampton),when we left Sedella last Wedensday it was 32 degrees

You are very lucky to get a reply from Condor to an E mail,I e mailed Nick Dobbs the md of Condor last month to complain about the reservations department quoting different prices every time i phoned and did not even get a reply.

Try anglo info ,bretagne,they have a very good site which is very helpfull ,they also let people advertise on it,if there is no response to it Bob usualy knows the answer ,It is a far superior site to LF
