I have read your posts with interest about golfing facilities down here and would say they are obviously few and far between in this region but if anybody would like a knock at Easter, May/June or July/ August when I am visiting I would be very interested , I am confident of being able to square it with "er indoors" about skiving off for a few hours!

We did ours ourself,dug a hole poured in the water and timed it ,then phoned the man atSATA and told him the results, no problem!

These are available from most supermarkets and DIY stores and there are a few variations !
I bought a simple one recently from Mr bricolage and was only 56 euros.
The Fuel is also available at these places and comes in its own container.
They are very good for supplementing other heating sources!

On the subject of selling off unwanted buildings does anybody know the tax situation.
for instance , if a building is sold off after 12months ( one of three in the original purchase) how is the gain assessed, what value on one building from 3.

If it is allowed in your area anybody with half a brain could do a soil test!
I did ours, the fosse is now in ,the epindage is complete and we have a certificate to say its ok.
