My husband & I are in the early stages of planning to set up a ski chalet business in the Haute-Savoie region of the French Alps. We need to apply for a French mortgage to partially fund our venture which will involve writing a business plan to show projected income etc.

Can anyone provide us with any tips on the level of detail that's required, or if they know of any good information sources? Thanks!
