Still 'poo' free here & my hair looks & feels absolutely fine. It was hard going to start with, but once you get through that, no problem. I won't be going back to using shampoo. I think that's since November last year, I'd have to check the original thread though.

For something a little different
Warm white wine with white port
1 Bottle of white wine
1/4pt white port
The peel without pith of 1 lime
2 vanilla pods
3 bayleaves
4 tablespoons honey (more or less according to taste)
Heat up & leave to infuse for about 20mins. Remove lime peel, pods & bayleaves, serve & enjoy. It's lovely![:D]
