BFB! [blink] Best of both worlds is just perfect, give it time & they'll have video too. Carole did ask about the phones though.

That site opens, but I couldn't get the French Skype boutique to open, so didn't put the link. I can walk around the room, upstairs & in the garden with my cordless Skype phone, it shows the list of your Skype pals & you just push a button. Oh & it receives regular calls too. [:D]

Hi Carole, you could look here http://www.skypestyle.co.uk/mac_compatible_skype_phones.htm so you can at least see what's available. You could look in the Skype Boutique too. I can't open that for some reason though. [8-)]

Hey Magaret, Tressy even put a photo of what you can use to remove them, funnily enough it's called a daisy grubber! Here........... http://www.amazon.co.uk/BURGON-BALL-DAISY-GRUBBER/dp/B000NNQ9DG
Oh and Google is your friend, you're sat at the computer, so whilst waiting for the replies you would like, Google!
Dealing with weeds in the lawn
An area of rough grass can rapidly become a pleasing lawn and the time and effort required after the initial effort depends largely on whether you can tolerate clover, daisies and buttercups in your lawn.
Although buttercups are attractive they are so invasive it is best to get rid of them. The regular application of a good weed and feed mixture is by far the best way to get rid of daisies, buttercups and clover. It is entirely possible to have a modestly acceptable lawn by doing no more than mowing regularly, collecting the grass, and feeding in spring and autumn.
However such a lawn is likely to slowly deteriorate and all areas of grass benefit from additional maintenance as described above. -
How about a pasta bake? Make up a white sauce, adding whatever flavourings you want, onion, parsley, garlic etc. Add the fish keep over heat until fish is just cooked. Mix together with the cooked pasta, top off with breadcrumbs & parsley, grated cheese if you have it & bake. [:)]

It's better than a French friend of mine Tressy. He was in a shop in the UK larking about with a toy pig whilst saying oink kind of franglais style. [Www] He had a few sideways looks, I can tell you. [:D]

How about pigs?

Um..........W5 is Lidl's own brand, isn't it?

Hi Megs,[:D] there's also a prep called Peel Away that is good. It's a paste you put on & it breaks down the paint & absorbs it. You then just peel away, funnily enough! A cleanish solution. Just be careful of fumes with whatever you come up with though.
Edit: Just had a Google! http://www.decoratingdirect.co.uk/viewprod/s/STRKS/

Google maybe your friend! [;-)] http://www.astra2d.com/freesat.htm

Christine, nice & it's really good if you make the crumble topping with breadcrumbs, nuts & cheese too. [:)]

Hi Julie, if you left some buds on, then it should spring back to life.

Supermarkets aren't bad at all for white goods & the prices are very good. To give you some ideas on prices, you might want to look through here http://www.prospectuschezmoi.com/ it covers promotions for most things in lots of different stores.
-
Renaud, the directions are on your www, so folk can just click on that can they not? Save you some time typing. [;-)]
