Permissions now back no objections. So we will be installing a 15/5m meter salt water pool. Will be heated by the bio boiler. I also have two building that are 14meters apart that used two have a roof joining them that I am going to reinstate to create a shaded decked area. Work will start in the next three weeks.

The gates were a labour of love, sandblasted then primed with hamerite primer then two top coats of hamerite so they should not need doing for many years !

Sadly its a rode side wall but every time I drive past it I do tend to slow down. The pics only show one direction we also re built the right hand stretch which was a tad shorter.

As some of you may know I started to re instate one of our main walls as it was sadly lacking kerb appeal Its taken over 8 months to complete the project. Total length of the wall just over 300m So here are the before and after pictures. Wall was totally over grown with ivy it took two weeks to strip. Once the ivy was stripped we could see what the condition of the wall was like, not good had to take it down and rebuild The finished project. Apart from the wall rebuild the second main gates and pillars were also needed rebuilding and new stone carving / repairing

Thanks you all for the info and joke ! But I still don't know what the legal requirement is if there is one. As I want to insure I dot my i and cross my t's -
Quick question. Are there any specific requirements or test apart from the standard pharmacy test for well water if it is going to be consumed by clients at a Chambres d'Hôtes

Pellet boiler is coping just but we are also having to flick on the oil boiler when all sections are in use for a couple of hours to help it. -
This week has been extremely frustrating we have been trying and I say trying to work on our FB marketing campaigns. Not an easy task, write an add submit the add thats the easy bit. Then comes the frustration your add is disapproved i.e they don't like the picture or the text. So change text then they don't like the picture but with the same text, No reason why the text is in appropriate. Re submit now the picture is ok but the text that was approved is now not ok try not to scream........ We are a weight loss retreat not a bloody porn sight. So the add could read " Fed up not fitting in to your jeans.... and a picture of an obese person. Disapproved for some strange reason grrrrrr. Thats better rant over.

We have a miniature pony called Rusty so I hope they get on. If not ill offer the use of our stable for free to try and find him a friend ;-) What is the etiquette with name change as his true Spanish name is a mouth full Armas Banquero I rather fancy Sirroco Transport now arrange so he should arrive Sunday the 29th ;-)
