We are running a successful business in a niche market here in Canada and want to try the same concept in France. We thought to test the European market first by leasing a B&B for a year, instead of jumping in with both feet (purchase) right away.

Has anyone every heard of a B&B for lease instead of sale? Or, maybe does anyone who cnnot sell their B&B have an interst in leasin git?
