Cessation d'entreprise

My sister and I owned a flat in France which we rented out so we had an 'Indivision' (company to enable us to rent it). Now we have sold the flat and I have completed the 'Cessation d'entreprise' form to cease the company with the INPI. This form needs to have a certified signature and I am going round in circles trying to establish where to get this from. As I am not a French passport holder, I can't do it through FranceConnect+.

They say I need 'La signature électronique avancée reposant sur un certificat de signature électronique qualifié (niveau 3)'.

I've spoken to INPI about 5 times and each time get told something different. I've tried the notaire I know in France and I've tried my local French consulate in the UK but neither is able to help. Has anyone has this problem before? Any advice would be gratefully received.  Thank you!

Not sure if they could help, but take a look at France Services https://www.france-services.gouv.fr/. I'm guessing that you're not in France, but an e-mail to one of their many offices may give a result..............

Thanks for this. I can't do it this way as I don't have a French passport/carte d'identite. Thanks anyway.
