makelifehappen Posted May 28, 2008 Share Posted May 28, 2008 I am on an endless search for picturesque areas that overlook the Medieval wall lined city in Carcassonne, but as I have never been there...I am having an incredibly difficult time locating what I am looking for through online searches.Any suggestions? Ian Posted July 3, 2008 Share Posted July 3, 2008 What do you want to do when you find such a place Makelifehappen?If you want to paint a picture or photograph the city (I'm guessing from your signature you are an artist) then I'd recommend the rest-stop on the West bound motorway just to the south (not in itself picturesque - but the view most certainly is) - it's an excellent vantage point.
