No, they don't. It's "Sang Bree-euh".

In case you're interested in such things, my husband did tell me that the locals of Loudeac, which most French/Bretons prononce "Loo-day-ack", don't sound their "c" either, so it comes out "Loo-day-ah". But only for the true born and breds.
